About the Program
What is the deadline for UCA Batch admission?
All students who apply for UCA and complete their degree enrollment by 12 noon on the last working day of the month will only be considered in the UCA batch for that month. Please ensure that the email ID registered with UCA and degree enrollment is the same as well.
Will the team consider learner admittance to UCA Batch after the UCA admission deadline?
No, only applications received within the deadline will be considered. Students who apply after the deadline can be considered for next month's batch as per the verification of their degree enrollment.
What happens if learner misses a webinar or masterclass?
In the event that they are unable to attend the session or webinar at the planned time, the team will provide a recording of the session. All communications will take place solely via email and an official Telegram group.
Can students use distinct email addresses to apply to university and UCA?
No, it is mandatory for learners to use the same email address to enroll in both programs.
About the Learning Experience
When do the batch classes begin?
UCA is a self-paced curriculum; participants can begin learning immediately by using the upGrad LMS. Request learners to use the following guide on how to access our learning platform.
How does upGrad communicate with UCA learners?
Team UCA primarily communicates with students via email, but they can also join the UCA official telegram group to stay up to current in real-time. The invitation to batch-wise Telegram group is sent to learners via mail.
How can a student request a revision of the personal information he or she provided while applying?
Learners must send an email to careeradvantage@upgard.com requesting modifications to their personal information. Team UCA will assist the students by responding to their concerns within 24 hours.
How do a learner can connect to upGrad team support during my program?
Student Support is available 7 days a week, 24*7 for non-academic queries. You can write to us via careeradvantage@upgrad.com for urgent queries.
What is the duration of services?
Learners shall receive UCA & UCA Premium services till the end of their respective degree programs. All content shall be released on the learn platform in various phases & shall be available for a period of 2 years after the program completion.
