Criteria for undergraduate admissions

• Candidates for undergraduate programs must fulfill the requirements listed below:
• Be 21 years of age or older at the time of commencement; complete an Upper Secondary Certificate of Education (or equivalent); complete a Certificate IV or higher (or equivalent); or be admitted to an undergraduate program at an Australian university (or equivalent); and participate in an interview for screening (typically by phone, though online can be arranged if necessary).

Language proficiency in English

• For admission to ACAP, students must submit recent documentation of their English language proficiency. One of the following choices is available to international students who wish to submit their results:
• A certified qualification, a recognized English language provider, or a registered English language proficiency test
• Based on the degree of qualification, all ACAP disciplines have the same minimal English language requirements. For more details, see the 'entry requirements' section on the training page you want to take.

Exams Requirements for Australian College of Applied Professions 

Although ACAP does not provide housing, ACAP Student Services can provide students with information on housing choices in Sydney. 

ACAP provides several services to help students, such as Academic support and learning support through a variety of activities and resources, including on-campus workshops along with remote webinars, online resources, and data via the Learning Support website, private educational support appointments, online coursework feedback services, and also a blend of particular events for those transitioning into the College or through their course extensive library services, professional, confidential, and free counseling sessions, as well as online resources and information.

The students can rent flats or rooms. They have the option to rent it out on their own or with friends or housemates. The following Indian eateries are close to the campus: 1. New India Restaurant, which is located around 6 minutes drive away.

• The Indian eatery Jasmine is located around 8 minutes from the college.
• Being only five minutes away from the campus, Indian Delights is a closeby option.
• The Indian eatery makes sense and is around 10 minutes away from the university.
• The Taj Indoor Restaurant is a nine-minute drive away.

In the expansive subject of applied psychology, The Australian College of Applied Professions is a world authority on professional training. Psychology, counseling, coaching, case management, social work, social sciences, and youth work are just a few of the courses that ACAP offers. Its psychology degrees are certified by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC), and its higher education counseling degrees are approved by the Psychotherapy and Counseling Federation of Australia (PACFA). The Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) has granted provisional accreditation to ACAP's social work courses. It provides a realistic learning environment with the most recent work practices and industry advancements thanks to its staff of knowledgeable academics and industry professionals.

1. Academic excellence scholarship (undergraduate)

Scholarships for academic distinction are available for both undergraduate and graduate students. The undergraduate scholarship will pay the entire unit's tuition for the following trimester.

Criteria

Students must be the top-performing student, as measured by official grades, in an eligible course, and be enrolled full-time in school (unless registered with AccessAbility).

Eligible courses

• Bachelors in Counseling
• Bachelor in Criminology and Justice
• Bachelor in Psychological Sciences
• Bachelor in Psychological Sciences and Counseling
• Bachelor in Psychological Sciences and Criminology
• Bachelor in Social Work

Period of award

Throughout their ACAP course, a student is only eligible to receive this scholarship a maximum of three times.

1. Post Graduation academic excellence scholarship

This grant offers a 10% price remission for all remaining units of the enrolled course to continuing students in qualified courses. There is no need to apply; candidates are nominated by the appropriate Course Coordinator.

Criteria 

Students may apply for this fellowship if they have successfully enrolled in ACAP postgraduate studies in approved courses and have finished their most recent course.

Eligible courses

• Bachelor in Psychological Sciences (Honors)
• Masters in Professional Psychology
• Master in Psychology (Clinical)
• Graduate Diploma for Professional Psychology 
• Masters in Social Work (Qualifying)

Period of award

Each Honour or Masters program only accepts one student per trimester.

3. Access Scholarship 

ACAP aids in the academic success of students from various backgrounds. The scholarship will pay for up to one unit of ACAP coursework per trimester at 50% of the cost for the beneficiaries. A $500 grant will also be given to help with the cost of buying study materials.
