Considering the data-driven world that we live in, Business Analytics and Consulting skills are sought after by practically all sectors. This certificate course strives to provide you with these industry-relevant skills in a comprehensive and learner-friendly manner.

Get practical exposure through Live demonstrations and Masterclasses with PwC India faculty and other Subject Matter Experts, to boost your industry knowledge. This program also integrates placement training that covers aptitude and soft skills coaching.

To give the correct guidance, this course covers multiple projects that give you hands-on experience. These projects include a Data storytelling project, an SQL project where you will recommend movies based on insights, to name a few. Each of these projects is based on a real-world scenario.

The learning content (excluding Live Sessions) will be available to access for 3 years from the start date of your course.

You don’t need any specific background to apply for our courses! To learn from our courses, students need to be comfortable in spoken and written English as the course is taught in English and should have at least completed their higher secondary school education (12th standard/PUC or equivalent).

However, what we do want all our students to have is a passion for the subject they’re studying, above anything else.

Due to the hands-on nature of our course, you will require a laptop in order to attend classes. You will also need certain tools installed to complete the projects, like Excel, PowerBI and more. The installation details will be shared with you once the course starts.

You will get access to study materials, including lecture videos, every week. You can study from these at your own pace and convenience, although we do recommend spending 2 hours every day on self-studying.

Apart from this, every weekend, we conduct two live sessions of 2 hours each which is a mix of conceptual sessions by subject matter experts, doubt-clearing by technical mentors and hands-on problem solving.

In addition, you will also undergo placement training every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

Keeping your workload in mind, the Live classes are scheduled every Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

At the start of the course, you will be assigned a mentor. The role of your mentor is to help you through your course and assess your progress along the way. Mentors are there to guide you through any queries or issues you may have during the course.

In addition, you will also be guided by Subject Matter Experts who will conduct the Live sessions and by Technical Mentors who will help resolve your doubts.

We provide an extensive range of resources for you to dip into. You can attend LIVE doubt-clearing sessions scheduled during the weekend, where you’ll get answers to your queries from Technical Mentors. Furthermore, you can also connect with other students in the forum and get any peer support you need.

Deferral Policy:

A. Pre- Program Commencement

a. If a learner, due to unavoidable circumstances is unable to commence with the cohort and requests for a deferral before the cohort starts, we provide the opportunity for the learner to defer to another batch.

b. The learner will be required to pay 30% of the total course fee amount (inclusive of taxes) before the deferral can be approved. Till this is completed, the learner will be assumed to be continuing in the same cohort.

c. A learner can request for deferral only once and to either of the scheduled cohorts to start in the next 3 months from the batch start date of the initial batch the learner enrolled for.

d. The learner has time till the current cohort launch date to make the payment of the 30% program fee, post which the deferral request will expire.

B. Post-Program Commencement

a. If a learner is facing severe issues in dedicating time to the course, we provide the opportunity for the learner to defer to another batch.

b. A learner can request for deferral at any time up to two months of batch commencement. The deferral can be requested only once and to either of the scheduled cohorts to start in the next 3 months from the batch start date of the initial batch the learner enrolled for.

c. The learner will be required to pay the deferral fees (excluding taxes) of Rs.3,000/- upon which deferral will be done.

d. The learner will be required to pay 100% of the total course fee amount (inclusive of taxes) before the deferral can be done. Till this is completed, the learner will be assumed to be continuing in the same cohort.

e. The learner has 7 days (including holidays and weekends) from the date of deferral request to make the payment of the deferral fee post which the deferral request will expire, and the learner will continue as part of the current cohort.

f. If the learner completes the deferral payment, the learner’s login will be disabled, the learner will leave the deferred cohort and the learner will start learning on the new cohort from the beginning. The progress of the learner shall not be carried forward to the new cohort.

g. Any requests for inter-program transfers shall also be governed by the guidelines for deferral post commencement of the Program. In case the fees of the program being deferred to is higher than fees of the initially enrolled program, the differential fees between the two cohorts shall be paid along with the deferral fees. Deferral requests may be raised by the learners by filling in the Deferral Form.

Refund Policy:

● Learners must pay the applicable admission fees for enrolment to a Program. This admission fee will be adjustable against the total Program fee payable by the learner.

● Once the learner has made a partial or full payment of the Program fee, such learner can claim a refund at any time before the cohort commencement date or the expiry of 7 calendar days from making the admission fee payment, whichever is earlier, by raising a refund request by email at connect.ugcampus@upgrad.com, stating the specific reason for the refund. The refund shall be subject to a deduction of Rs. 4,000/- towards the processing fee.

● The learner shall not be eligible for any refund, once the cohort starts. This is applicable even for those learners who could not complete their payment and could not be enrolled in the cohort opted for. However, the learners can raise a request for deferral subject to payment of applicable deferral charges.

● A refund shall be processed to an eligible learner within 30 working days from the date of receipt of refund request from the applicant learner in this regard. The refund shall be issued to the original payment method.

● You shall not be eligible for a refund of any amount paid towards the Program in case any discrepancy is identified between your application and self-attested documents including but not limited to wrong details about your grades or any other incorrect information provided in your application.
