The admissions process is completely online. Following are the key steps in the application process:
Step 1 - You must apply for the program on UpGrad’s website. The application form will capture information related to your educational and professional experience.
Step 2 - Post application, the suitability of your profile will be evaluated by UpGrad’s & IMT-Ghaziabad’s Admission Counsellor Team. If approved, you will be shortlisted for the program.
Step 3 - Shortlisted candidates will receive a provisional admissions offer. Final admissions offer will be granted upon payment of the full program fee and successful submission of the required documents.

Post this program, you would get an industry relevant and recognised Post Graduate Certification in Management - specialisation in Sales and Digital Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad in association with UpGrad. You will need to spend 7-8 hours per week to get optimum results and learning.
Overall this Program would have 100 hours of video content (~ 2.5 hours per week) - broken down into small easy-to-complete segments that you can watch on the go across devices. The program has been made in collaboration with faculty from India’s top ranked MBA college and industry leaders from India’s leading corporates. This ensures that the curriculum is not only updated with latest academic developments but also is absolutely job relevant. The program not only covers sales and marketing in detail but also familiarizes the student with different aspects of business like Finance, Legal, HR etc which are important at managerial level.
Refund: Student can ask for a refund within 7 days of the start of program. Any refund requests raised after this period will be not be processed.
Deferral: A student can finish the 10 month program over a period of 19 months at max - this is keeping in mind that you are working professionals at different stages in your life and career.
If a student is facing severe issues in dedicating time to the course, we provide the opportunity for the student defer to another batch. A student can defer 3 times where every time he needs to pay a deferral fee of 12k + taxes. Incase he defers for the 4th time, then the fee would be 24k + taxes.
The deferral request will be approved once the deferral fees is paid. Till this is completed, the student will be assumed to be continuing in the same cohort. A student will start learning on the new cohort from the point of leaving the deferred cohort. If, however, the deferral request is raised before the issue of login - 10% deferral fees will not be charged and the student will be deferred to the next scheduled cohort.
Every quarter, offline networking events called Basecamps are conducted in major cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc. Alumni of all batches of the program are invited to these events which help to make a connection with your fellow participants, along with group projects, industry interaction and much more. Career Workshops for freshers and young professionals with F2F counseling will also be held at BaseCamps.

The course is structured in such a way that you have 13 project assignments and other assessments distributed throughout the course. These assignments can be solved as and when you are doing the course and does not require any additional exam at the end of the course.
